Law Firms and Barristers Chambers

Mar-aon Consulting has developed considerable understanding of the particular requirements of law firms and chambers. A programme called Excellence in Practice has been developed which works to provide these organisations with a new governance model together with the tools and techniques needed for the modern legal practice. Mar-aon (pronounced Mar-un) is a Scottish Gaelic word meaning together, as one or in concert together and this is at the heart of the Mar-aon way of working. There is little benefit in a consultant arriving at your organisation, spending a few days looking around and then telling you what to change.

Mar-aon consulting believe in building a relationship leading to true understanding and in bringing modern management techniques and tools to every business large or small - offering Excellence in Practice. Working with the client to ensure that we deliver a really bespoke service, we avoid a formulaic off-the-shelf model....

Every consulting firm will say the same - so what is the difference? I have done it. I have run legal organisations and charities and so understand the difference between what is necessary and what is possible in small and medium organisations. Pragmatic leverage of experience would be the consulting-speak - I understand, that is the difference, and so I can help you with your organisation.
